Each location beyond two is £79 / $99 a month, added automatically when you create or restore it in Settings → Locations and removed when you archive it, prorated on the next invoice. Practitioners are never charged for.
We collect a payment method when the trial starts, but the first Core charge is made only after 14 days. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
Every SMS your practice sends from a Smileline number counts — inbox replies, reminders, automations, campaigns, missed-call text-backs and review requests. Texts are counted in parts: a part is up to 160 characters, or 70 when the text contains an emoji or other special characters, and a longer text splits into several parts. Core includes 500 parts each month, then each part is 6p / 2¢. A text to a number in another country counts three times, and a picture message counts as two parts. Texts you receive are free.
Each add-on is a flat monthly price — AI Assistant £99 / $129, SmileLine Voice £199 / $249 (three lines included, £49 / $69 per extra line, £5 / $7 per extra number), Power Dialer £49 / $69 on its own or free with Voice, AI Voice Agent £99 / $129 on its own or free with Voice, SEO & Ads £199 / $249. Owners enable or disable any add-on from Settings → Billing; changes apply immediately and are prorated on the next invoice.
