What does Smileline actually replace?

How long does it take to get our practice live?

Most practices are running on Smileline within a single afternoon. We import your existing enquiries (from spreadsheet, email or your current CRM), connect your website forms, WhatsApp and ad accounts, and configure your follow-up sequences with you on a guided call.

Do we need to throw away our current PMS?

No. Smileline lives in front of your practice management software, not on top of it. We sync booked patients into your PMS so the clinical side keeps running exactly as it does today.

Where is patient data stored?

All patient and enquiry data is stored on EU infrastructure with full GDPR compliance, audit trails, and configurable retention. Encryption at rest and in transit by default.
